MayLee's Preschool Graduation

Just one more of the little Homies to graduate from preschool. Way to go Little miss.
Her performance and speaking part were wonderful.

Each child said what they wanted to do over the summer. Hers was to go swimming. Then each child also said what they would like to be when they grow up.

MayLee: "When I grow up, I want to be a toy maker. But my fall back is a Cheer Leader"

No lies this is what came out of her mouth. I have no idea where she even gets this material.
She made such sweet friends. She obviously towers over these little twins.
Everyday she asked if her friends could come home with her.
Thanks Miss Joey and Miss Ashley for an amazing year! May learned how to write her name, she learned all her letters and sounds and began reading, she knows shapes and colors and numbers. Her art improved, she loved recess and playtime, she can recite the Pledge of Allegiance, all the days of the week all of the months, count by 10's and kills it at cutting. I feel like she will be very prepared for Kindergarten.

May 17, 18, 19, 20, 22,23

Park day at preschool is so fun. May loved playing with her friends from school.

After Ortho we did even more geocaching
I can't remember why Eden has this most horrified look on her face.
Alex is an official 11 year old scout. That means he went on his first ever overnight camp out. It was a success, despite my worry over his health and meds.

We decided to volunteer as rest stop support for one of Jeff's rides. Ash loved riding his bike, May and Eden were killer at helping to fill riders water bottles, asking if they needed any nutrition or electrolytes, holding bikes while rides ran to the porta-potty.

The three in the bright yellow are Kelly, Jeff, and John Jones

Asher has been taking laundry to a whole new level of AWESOME!! He changes his clothes about 15 times a day. The hardest ones to distinguish are his undershorts, he loves fresh undies. As you can see here, he is still directionally challenged in some areas.
with all that laundry we have clothes folding parties so often that sometimes it turns a little goofy. Daddy just has to start and we all join in.
Walking home from preschool on a rainy afternoon.

Just me and Asher smasher.... Sometimes when all the big kids are gone we need to get out in the fresh airs and let Ash run. So we geocached together....

We had to crawl into a really big scratchy tree, but we found it... He is supposed to be pointing at it, but if you can't see it right off, its the green tube in the center top of the photo.

Today is national chocolate chip cookie day. We don't usually celebrate these kinds of things, but lets get real, who doesn't love chocolate chip cookies?

We decided to make it an evening, while Jeff biked the canyon, I hiked it with the littles. We also got in a little geocaching.

We just can't get a great photo anymore. Somebody is not looking, or is totally interested in other things.
