It seems easy to neglect this little blog when I am outside playing and not feeling like we must stay inside. We have been working on the backyard... Yard is such a funny thing because it needs you constantly. I love to garden, it is healing for me and I love to get fresh veggies... Huh, however, it needs almost daily attention. I have tomato plants and pumpkins wilting in their little store pots waiting to go into the garden... You can tell that I haven't been "feeling" it this year. But, we have made progress on the weeds and the back flower beds.
My boyfriend gave me the coolest present... He got the first couple of years of this little blog printed as a book. I am so excited. It comes next month.
We visited Lake Powell for the first time ever. It was amazing and I loved it. I have a few snapshots to share later. Ry loved the water and Gator was torn between going fast in the boat and digging in the sand/dirt...
On the way home (father's day) we stopped at both of our folks houses. On the way to mine Gator was excited to play with some toys. I just loved what he said. " when I get dare, I am gonna play with the fire truck and the mini ban; that is my plan". He is planning all the time now. He also wants to tell me every few minutes that when he grows up he wants to be a Monster truck/fire truck driber, then the next minute a helicopter driber.
He is mostly terrible three's when tired or hungry and lately he has been hungry. Must be growing...
Speaking of growing, I am large. I can feel the baby move so much now. She is certainly going to be "healthy". No certainty on names... We like a few that we might settle on but won't nail down yet... This is what I liked but was tossed out... Paisleigh, Emsly (means -The gift) , Clara, Sophia, Maggie Sue, Keltee May... He liked, but I tossed out. Chloe or Khloe and Baylee. I can't remember what else he said that I didn't love. I am starting to swell. It is so nice. HA! Oh and sleeping has become a bit of a pain... One thing I love about being preggers is feeling her move. I often wonder if she will be like the other two in looks cause those daddy genes are pretty strong, or if she will be her own self.
Copper Canyon (New business) is taking off, we feel very blessed by our Heavenly Father and know that his hand is in our success. Thanks for all the well wishes...
Okay -peace out for now.

Daddy's best buddy.
As I have said before, Gator is daddy's best boy. He usually wants to be with him when ever possible. Every morning when Gator wakes us he asks where he went.... "To work" I usually say, or meetings.... I was taping Gator when Daddy drove up and this is a little bit what it is like.....

The Grand catch up
There is so much to catch up on. I have pregnant lady brain. Each and every pregnancy has taken a little of my brain with it... I didn't have much of a bran to begin with. Plus, once I make sure that everyone is dressed, fed and where they were supposed to be for the day I was ready for bed... so here is the catch up of all catch ups... Highlight version.
We made it to the IHH picnic... An awesome event... Love hanging with my heart homies...
Ry had her last field trip of the year to Jump'in Jacks... It rocked.. Gator got to go too...
Gator and daddy did their first Father and Son's camp out. It was a little cold but a success...
Ry had her end of year dance recital, she did fantastic and also informed me that she didn't care for these events at all... Must have some of my stage fright.
Gator had his Cardiology appointment... It was one of our best appointments. He is looking great, weighing in at 29 LBS (still)... This has been his weight despite my best efforts to fatten him up... We really only had two options for Fontan, either in the next couple of months before the baby is born, or wait until the baby is old enough to be left for longer periods of time. Dr. Su said that he thinks Gator is good enough to wait... YaY!!!! This means we go back to Cardiology in eight-ish months... then we will start the evaluation process which includes a cardiac cath and sedated echo. This will help us determine more about his candidacy for the Fontan.
I played the happy waxer at girls night out at the Casual Bloggers Conference... If you came and had the curly hair lady pull out your facial hair... That is ME!!!!!! My little sister saved me because we were slammed the entire night and my watch was off so we didn't end until eleven and had to make the 45 min drive back to Orem for my kids. It was so busy I only got one potty break, I needed four... LOL...IT was really fun. I have been reading blogs about people who came... It is neat to think I was in the same room as these people and didn't even know it.
Tomorrow is Ry's last day of pre-school, and her graduation. It is so exciting and scary...
The biggest news is.... Daddy is finally doing his business full time. He and his business partner own their very own business... We are so proud of him. So if you need cabinets or fine furniture just let us know.... I am going to post some pictures of their talent because it is amazing....
Now that the longest post in the world is over.... I will post pictures soon. I think I lost my photog bug because I can't seem to get a good shot for all my luck... So these are just to make memories not to showcase talent at all....

Locked in...
I nearly had to lock myself in the bathroom to take a "time out" yesterday... Instead I took the little culprit to his room and had him stay there until I felt better and started thinking about how this could happen... It was my fault after all. I should be watching him better. Seriously though..... Before I had a chance to wake up he had gone potty by himself and was only half dressed, this gave him the perfect opportunity to draw on his body. Legs, arms, belly and p.... I wasn't too mad about this, he was more upset than me because of the vigorous scrubbing that followed. I gave the three year old lecture about not drawing on our bodies because it makes Heavenly Father sad when we color on his creation. It makes mommy sad too because then she can't see his beautiful face. Mostly that we shouldn't draw on anything but paper and coloring books. He agreed and we went on with the day...
Later
As I was helping Ry get ready for dance pictures I noticed how quiet it was... This is never a good sign. I found him in the bathroom and this time with a Sharpie... It was all over the tub and the cultured marble surround. It went as far as he could reach to as high as he could reach... Nice big black swirly lines.... AAHHHH! I didn't even take a picture which usually calms me down. Nope, I was flaming mad. I escorted him to his room which he made many attempts to escape, thus fuelling the fire. I tried to clean it up with the magic eraser. It wasn't that magic.. It cleaned up the tub, but the surround was stubborn... Then I tried Goo gone, didn't touch it, vinegar, house hold cleaner, Clorox wipes, Windex, and just as I was about to give up and sell the boy to the gypsies I spied the Ajax. I thought maybe because the marble is porous and the Ajax is an abrasive I might get it to work. I made a little paste with my fingers.. It did work, and the boy was saved... Whew!!! It has been a hard couple of days for Gator. He seems to have hit the terrible three's instead of the terrible two's. I think my mom has tried to block out memories of the naughty things I did as a kid. No selective memories here, Gator has it written on the blog forever.... Whaahahahaa...
