Ry's first day of 2nd Grade

Ry was completely thrilled to start school again. She had her outfit planned and her hair style chosen. She is so excited to be speaking french again. She is excelling at reading and said she likes math. Her favorite part is her friends. She has tried to wear these new clothes at least every other day... I have to remind her that she has other things to wear. She plans play dates for her hour after school when she can hang with a friend until 5 when we start piano practice and homework and reading.... She doesn't love school lunch, and loves library and computer. Fridays she has gym, she also is starting a program that second graders use Ipads as part of the curriculum..Hurray for Second Grade...
