St. George century

Last bike ride of the year. We all headed down to sunny St. George. A gorgeous ride through Snow canyon, a very fun "with swim suits" this year time at Sand Hollow, plus hotel swimming and geocaching.

The water was a little colder than fun for me, so I only got in as far as I had to. We played on the beach the rest of the time. We also rented a Jet ski and had a great time taking turns going with Jeff.

We like to write up posters for Jeff. I must have missed May's somehow.

Asher and Mine says, " Welcome to cycling, You're now broke" and Jeff's biggest fear: If he dies, his wife will sell his bike for what he told her it cost" Hahahaha!!! If you are a cyclist, you know exactly what I am talking about.

Smiling because he is just about to cross the finish on the last 100 mile bike ride.

Oct 19th-20th

Clearly I don't understand his fashion sense. He wants me to let him leave the house in just a hat, diaper, and daddiy's biking shoes........And to church no less. NOPE!
At least May is ready, We wanted to take a photo of how long her hair is getting.
He did let me change him, but I should have reconsidered when he wanted to lick the brownie bowl. Church clothes and brownie mix just aren't a good combination.

"You got a little right here"
Then he tried to ride his scoot bike... His lip caught his fall.

The next day it looked a lot better.

Don't mind the boogie nose. It was hurting him to wipe it. Sooooooo for one day he got a free pass.

Frightmares at Lagoon

We have loved having season passes to Lagoon. The year is perfectly capped with a visit to Lagoon during Frightmares. The park has haunted houses, and a fun little kids trick-or-treating walk through, as well as haunts (spooky people). I get really sick on the big rides, I never did as a kid and now I can't even watch some of them without feeling super nauseated. Lucky for my kids Daddy is a die heard coaster rider. After I have been on one ride and feel like I am going to lose my biscuits, I take the littles and he takes the two bigs and we ride our respective age appropriate rides. Which is why I have pictures of the littles and none of the bigs. It really is a blast.
MayLee took this picture of me... Proof that I do actually exist.

Preschool Field trip

Miss May had her preschool field trip to Gardner Village to go on a witchy hunt. The kids did some of their fun Halloween songs that they were taught in class.
they scored a quick pic with this Witch in their Halloween clothes.
Ash does not like his stroller or the little backpack with the cord to keep him close. He wants to be completely independent, without restrain.

Eden turns 7

I have no idea how the time got away from us, I have to idea how my little rainbow baby has turned into such a lovely and peacemaking child. I just know that we love Eden so much.
I hardly took any pictures. I need to be better.
But here you get the birthday girl in her brand spanking new fox pajamas, for pajama day at school.

Are you wondering when her teeth grew in? Yeah me too.

A few days later we did birthday cheese cake bites and candles.

While she creates

Eden is taking an art class at the Art cottage at Gardner village. She loves it and wants to be a famous artist when she grows up. I love that she is learning about all the famous artist and spending time doing something that she loves. While class is being held, we try to visit a few fun places around the village. There is so much to see and do during our wait we haven't been bored one minute. Ash needs to see the duckies, between the rails isn't cutting it. He has to stand tippy toe tallness on the bottom rung to barely peek over. It kills me.

My oldest brother Marcus had a horse just like these when he was a little guy. I think he named her Betsy. He loved it. These guys think they need to ride them too. Most of the brown paint has washed off of them, but otherwise in great condition. They must be brothers because they need their tongues out to ride just perfectly. Whoa Bill. Ride'm Cowboys.
One must stand to truly experience the ride.
