The grand catch up and photo dump

We are true lovers of Halloween, especially this little October baby. She gets super excited when the decorations come out in stores.
We have to take a trip to Gardner Village to check out all the Witches.

Oh. MY. GOSH!!

My little Asher Crasher Basher did a number on his kisser.
I had just called all the kids in for dinner and Asher decided he wanted to take one more run down the flower bed. (which I had just asked both boys not to ride down)

The kids found these two teeth down on the sidewalk.
Now he looks like one of my favorite characters ever, minus the pointy ears.

His lip looked like hamburger the next couple of days while it healed. he had so much bruising that it hurt to wipe his nose and face that he looked a little messy for a bit.
I love his preschool, this was captioned so perfectly... See that each child is quietly working on their assignments. Asher is saying "look, I have a red crayon, do you have a red crayon? I have a blue crayon too, I am coloring the cars on my paper. Look at these cars, do you have cars on your paper?"
The injuries don't stop, the poor boy also whacked his head on the cabinet.

Can you see that little white thing? That is Alex's ear tube, that he got earlier this year. Do you think it's bulging much?
Gator and Ashy went with Angie to a really fun doggie park. These are the photo's she shared.

Another Preschool picture!

And so, he is a bridge.
Ashy helped me pick all the apples on our tree, then peel and core them for applesauce. We made it in my crockpots and in my Instant. It turned out fantastic. We made raspberry and apple in one. When mixed with syrup, it made the BEST topping for waffles.

Asher didn't know that if you stick a can of coke in the freezer it will explode, He knows now.
Kind of a cool Geocache that MayLee and I found while we were getting our oil changed.
Preschool!!
The kids helped me clean and put the pool away for the season. Look at this cute ladder-helper-girl
MayLee had an MRI and met with Dr. Bollo from Neuro. It looks like May's Spinal cord has tethered to her tailbone again. The good news is, that her only big symptom is her urinary frequency. Because that has been controlled so well with meds and her voiding schedule, we aren't going to do any surgeries any time soon. I like that plan because having more surgeries puts her at risk for tethering again and again in the future and scar tissue build up and all the problems that go with that. Also, May's lungs are fragile and putting her under is tricky business. In fact, she stayed awake her entire MRI. She didn't even have Ativan to help her calm, she was able to do the whole thing like a big girl. So until she becomes more symptomatic we will continue to do all that we can to make her life full and happy as always.

This is my first ever home grown garlic braid. My bulbs are teeny tiny, I am for sure doing something wrong. I will have to do some more deep research and try again next year.

I did my first ever yard sale on Saturday. NOT FUN AT ALL... except that these two guys totally drove their backhoe into my circle, hopped out and bought a couple odds and ends. I thought they were so great I told them 20.00 for as much as they could haul away.
Best part of the whole experience!

Lotoja 2018

Best year ever!!! He and JJ did a relay. They got the earliest start time, they were ahead of all of their goal times, and they finished in 9 hours and 38 minutes. It was so amazing.

We made a trip out of it and went to Yellow stone. We did not see any moose or bear. We did see lots of Elk, thats about it.

My folks and Jeff's took turns watching the little Homies. This is Asher who fell asleep like this at church.

We asked every tourist if we could take their photo for them, which we did, and also took tons of selfies too. Hahahaha. Our friends did the same.

Jeff and John had to pull their bikes off the car and ride this stretch just so they could say they have ridden their bikes in Yellow Stone.

Unfortunately the only moose we saw.
 The crazy at home....
