Ryleigh's baptism 08-29-12

I am always grateful that our church teaches that we make choices for ourselves. Ryleigh chose to be baptised.  She has been preparing with daddy by going on "dates". They have talked about all that it means. Ry is such a sweet and loving girl. She is so helpful and smart. I look forward to when she gets home from school so that we can talk about her day. She is a great big sister and takes that role very seriously...She is a wonderful example to her little brother and sister(s). Leading up to her special day she was overjoyed to have her cousin fly in from North Carolina. Then to have so many wonderful family and friends make it was so heart warming. Some family traveled lots of hours to be there.
Ry asked her daddy to baptise her and confirm her a member of the Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints.

She thought the jumpsuit felt funny to walk in.

It is amazing to think I have a child old enough to be baptised.
This is Grandma and Grandpa Groesbeck.

Great Grandma (Clawson) and Grandpa Baum

Almost all of the C side... Missing Chaison and Jessica...Aunti Preslee, spoke about the Holy Ghost... No thanks to me.. I completely messed up and had to call her at 9:45 the night before and ask her to change her already prepared talk...

Our wonderful Family

Grandma and Grandpa Homer

Great Grandma and Grandpa Eiman

Great Grandpa Homer wanted to come, his health is pretty fragile and so he sent a sweet letter to Ryleigh.

Uncle Ry and Gator helped clean up after our luncheon....

It was a beautiful day!
