I start to get anxiety right before the ultrasound. We are so thankful for all of our children, we just hate to see then suffer with health issues. So I always feel nervous that something might be abnormal. This little girl seems to be perfect. She is just hanging out in there.
To tell the kids what gender of baby we were having, We thought of lots of different things we could do. Sometimes those plans just don't work out and frozen yogurt is the best all time fix. We let each of the kids choose their favorite kind of yogurt. We told them that we would be putting something in the yogurt that would tell them if the baby was a boy or a girl. Then we let them top it all off with all the yummies they like.
Gator's was easier to spot. He found a big pink bead first.... Ry found hers too, it's just her yogurt was pink and the bead blended in really well.

Poor gator!
Ultrasounds are very scary looking. I think they should be outlawed, since they aren't safe anyway.
Ahhhh CONGRATULATIONS! Another girl - how fun! And congrats on a healthy baby girl! So fun! (and,uh, I'll hold off on judging you for your use of "unsafe" ultrasounds - silly comment!)
Oh I bet anon is thinking X-rays... Ultrasounds use sound waves to produce a picture. Echo's which Gator has had zillions of and ultrasounds are perfectly safe and preferred over X-rays. Sometimes we confuse them though because it used to be practice to have an X-ray while pregnant. ;)
