We didn't die

We thought we were going to, but it turns out it's actually good for you. What is this you ask???? Well, Ry and I ran that 5k. Ry only cried one time. We did it!!! It was good to have her do it with me. The after party made it all worth it to her. Daddy did the bike tour and came in second place. We are so proud of him. It is amazing that he has improved so much. 

It was pretty cold out that morning.

Check that off my bucket list. Now on to trying out biking. Can't wait to get started. (Read that, I can't wait to have sore booty)
