To kick off the fourth, daddy did the Tour of Riverton bike ride with Papa! Then met me and the rest of our crew for the parade. Munchies favorite part of the parade is the candy. She try's to eat it as fast as she gathers it. Gator loves the cars/trucks/fire trucks pretty much anything with an engine. Ry loves the floats with the city courts. Lovely gals on crowns and dresses! May doesn't even know she loves it yet. I love the bagpipes and the bands!!! Cracks me up that the water boy is used for parades. Daddy loves to get shirts. He has a goal to get a shirt each year. Some years he has been able to score 2 or 3! Now that's a good parade!!!
You have to get to your spot kind of early in order to look at people who think they might steal it....
Gator wants to be in the middle of the road to watch the parade.
She smelled do yummy with her sunscreen on. This was Eden's dress I made. I just had to make a headband this year. I ran out of time to do a bracelet. Next year I guess.
Auntie Averee came!!!
She doesn't look as thrilled to be there as I was!
The guys !!!
It was really fun to have Wells and Arli there with us this year.
It was an all around fun day. We also got to finish more on the basement, play in the water, we saw Despicable Me 2!!! It was so cute. It had tons of one liners. And we tried to watch the big city fireworks but it just wasn't happening. The kids had to use the restroom for the zillion the time so we ended up watching them from the gas station parking lot. We sat Munchie and Gator on the roof of the van and enjoyed the show. It was a long day!
