Those church leaders who have the responsbility to select new bishops do so by inspiration - but they don't even consider those men whose wives are not 110% committed to them and the church. To have the unique traits of being faithful, righteous, absolutely devoted, family minded, and creative qualify you both for the wonderful and heavy burden you are about to shoulder. May God bless you forever for accepting the call to serve.
