April 12th

If it's remotely warm outside I try and get the kids out. They seem to be better if they are out enjoying the fresh air and exercise. Plus, also, I am not going to lie, I get massive anxiety if I have spent a big part of the day, doing my cleaning routines and other habits ( I know I need help) and we mess it up five seconds later. So getting away from that helps me to calm it down.  It's one of my little secrets. (Seriously an illness)

Asher needs a bike intervention as bad as I need an OCD intervention.

Oy. I have the same problem. It's refreshing to hear updates and real life from your family. Keep up the great work, Brynn!
